Seeking peace and quiet?

COME! The Lord awaits you on "The Holy Hill"

Danville, New Hampshire

Fathers, this is an ideal setting for your days off, times of retreat or vacation. Also, a perfect place for Emmaus Groups or priest support groups. (Five to seven priests for a weekend and up to 22 for a day.)

Religious Brothers and Sisters

You will find solitude and silence. A naturally prayerful atmosphere. Come alone or with a friend for a day, a weekend or longer.

Married Couples, Single Women
and Single Men

Provides the perfect opportunity for space and time away from daily responsibilities and stress.

Small groups, up to 22 people, are welcome for private days of prayer or retreat. Parish Councils, RCIA or other parish-related organizations will find all that is needed for a day of reflection or "planning" for the year ahead. A group can also bring their own priest who can structure and conduct the day. Refreshments will be provided.

Overnight or weekend private retreats can also be arranged for groups of 5 to 7 people. Cereals, soups, milk, juice, canned and dry foods are provided for breakfast and supper. However, the main meal at lunch must be brought by retreatants.

Private retreatants and weekend groups are welcome to join the Little Sisters for their times of communal prayer in the convent chapel.

Two Guest Houses

Two comfortable guest houses nestled amid the quiet woods offer hospitality and relaxation. Each guest house has a fully supplied kitchen and bathroom, large living room and two separate bedrooms. Linens also supplied. Wooded trails and rural roads for walking, biking or jogging are available — pond nearby.

St. Joseph the Worker Room offers ample space for retreat qroups, discussions, meals and socialization.
